Accountant position for M&A work and financial statement preparation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing of financial statements for public companies.
• Assist in preparing the schedules for different accounts and consolidated worksheets.
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

Job Requirements:

• Accounting or Business Degree

• Familiar with accounting rules and procedures including US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• 3 – 5 years public accounting or corporate accounting experience
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Familiar with QuickBooks, QuickBooks online, Peachtree and other proprietary accounting softwares

Additional plus:

• Bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese)
• Audit experience

Senior Accounting Manager position for M&A work and financial statement preparation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for public companies, including adjustments, derivative liabilities, revenue recognition adjustments, consolidated worksheets and footnotes.

• Prepare documentation for External Auditors

• Ensures accurate and timely dissemination of financial information; provides financial reports

• Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent or higher
• CPA preferred, but will consider non-CPA candidates
• Familiar with SEC reporting standards
• 5 – 9 years public accounting or corporate accounting experience
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Familiar with QuickBooks, QuickBooks online, Peachtree and other proprietary accounting softwares

Additional plus:

• Bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese)
• Audit experience
